KGA are based at Cornwall Buildings on Newhall Street in the centre of Birmingham
and our small dynamic company able to serve client's needs
on a personal one to one basis as and when specialist advice

KGA was set up in 2009 and consists of Kenny
Allan and Richard James-Moore. Kenny and Richard are both
chartered surveyors who have specialised in the industrial/warehouse
sector of commercial property primarily in the Midlands region.
Kenny Allan has had over 12 years experience
in commercial agency having previously been based at CBRE
where he headed the industrial department of the Birmingham
office. Richard has had over 5 years experience in commercial
agency previously working as a surveyor for LSH in the industrial
department.
